Shares of „Gazprom” in the course of trading on Thursday strongly rise in price after the news of record dividends, follows from the data of the Moscow Exchange.

Shares of „Gazprom” by 18.01 Moscow time rise in price by 9.54%, to 297.09 rubles. After the publication of the news, the company’s shares jumped as much as possible by about 10%, to 298.31 rubles, for the first time since February 21.

The Board of Directors of Gazprom recommended paying a record dividend for 2021 in the amount of 52.53 rubles per ordinary share, the company said earlier on Thursday.
